Common Questions

Answers before you visit

Pricing depends on the model, the options you choose, and your home site. Tell us what you have in mind and we'll share current pricing and floor plans. Our manufactured and modular homes are among the most affordable ways to own a brand-new home in Central Florida.

Yes. Financing is available for manufactured and modular homes through several lenders, and our team is happy to point you in the right direction and explain what to expect.

It depends on the model and availability. Several of our homes are move-in ready, while a new build is typically completed in a matter of weeks, far faster than a traditional site-built home.

Both are built in a climate-controlled factory for consistent quality. Manufactured homes are built to a federal HUD code and delivered on a permanent steel chassis, while modular homes are built to the same state and local codes as site-built homes. We'll help you decide which is the best fit for your plans.

Absolutely. Visit our Ocala model center at 4020 S Pine Ave to walk through our models with our local team. Browse the full lineup online first and tell us which homes you'd like to see.

Yes. Every new home comes with a full appliance package, along with the fixtures, cabinetry, flooring, and finishes you see in the model. When you visit, we'll walk you through exactly what comes standard on the home you like, plus the upgrades available.

Yes, and it's easier than most people think. There's a common myth that you can't insure a manufactured home in Florida. You absolutely can. We work with plenty of insurance companies that write homeowner's policies on manufactured and modular homes right here in Central Florida, and we'll help you get set up as part of your purchase. Coverage is no problem.

You have a few options: place it on land you own or plan to buy, set it on a leased homesite in a manufactured-home community, or buy a home already sited in a planned community. If you're purchasing land, we'll help you think through zoning, utilities, and site prep so everything lines up before delivery.

In many cases, yes. An accessory dwelling unit is a second, smaller home placed on the same property as a main residence, sometimes called a mother-in-law suite, granny flat, or guest house. Florida is one of the more ADU-friendly states, though local zoning and permitting rules vary by county and city. It's a popular, affordable way to add space for family without buying separate land. Ask us and we'll help you explore whether an ADU works for your property.

Your new home comes with a manufacturer's warranty covering the workmanship and the factory-installed plumbing, electrical, heating, and appliances. We'll provide the full warranty documentation before you buy and walk you through what's covered, so there are no surprises.

In Florida, only licensed manufactured-home installers can set up your home, and we coordinate that for you. Your home is delivered, professionally leveled, anchored, and connected, then inspected to make sure everything works the way it should. We handle the details so your move-in goes smoothly.

Often, yes. Because these homes are built to order in a factory, many models let you choose finishes, colors, and select options to make the home your own. Tell us the model you like and we'll go over what can be customized.
